Does the Cashier’s Office sell postage stamps, cashier’s checks, or money orders?
No, we do not, but the UR Post Office sells stamps.

Does the Cashier’s Office cash checks?
No. The Cashier’s Office does not cash checks.

How do I put money on my SpiderCard?
Make a payment online, visit the Cashier’s Office located on the 3rd floor in the Queally Center for Admissions, or call (804) 289-8143 and charge your deposit to a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You can also mail a check to:

How is Petty Cash handled?
All Petty Cash reimbursement requests will be processed through the Chrome River Travel and Expense Management System.

What happens if my check is returned for NSF?
Any checks returned to the University of Richmond for non-sufficient funds (NSF) will be charged a $30 returned check fee. Payment for all NSF checks and fees are due upon receipt of notification by the Cashier and the issuing bank.
